Video Making Rounds on Social Media: Lions Family Spotted Walking on Road in Gujarat

The famous Gir National Park & forests are sole natural habitats of world known Asiatic Lions. Gir is located in the Amreli district of Gujarat state.

News Update:  These days, we see abundance of viral videos of wild animals making rounds on social media moving around the residential areas of the country. In one such recent video viral on social platform, a pack lion’s family caught walking on a road in Amreli, Gujarat.

As reported in Times Now, the family of five lions including two cubs walked on the Pipavav Road and reached the port.

The video showing the lions movement on was shared on Twitter by a page called old Bombay. After seeing these lions casually walking on the streets, many local workers present at the port were stunned to see the mighty animals walking around in all their glory. Soon after the incident caught wind, security staff reported the incident to forest officials Gir National Park. Reports state that the kings of the jungle strayed towards the city in search of food.
